Timing belt and oil seal replacement question 200

I'm getting ready to order replacement parts (water pump and timing belt) for my 1993 245 with 100,000 miles. I noticed some people replace the tensioner, crank, cams, and intermediate shaft seals every 100,000 but others claim the seals can last over 200,000 and the tensioner 150,000.

I've never done a timing belt change but have done water pumps and I don't want to do more than my fragile constitution can handle. My question is should I do all of the above or hold off on the seals and tensioner? Thanks in advance!
