240DL intermitten startup 200 1988

Last night after sitting for an hour, would not start. Strong battery/turnover but seemed to be not getting fuel. Today started up fine and like an idiot turned it off when I stoped for coffee on the road to work. I left it alone for about 10 minutes and then it started right up. After I parked at work, I tested it again and the same thing happened(would not restart hot).

I have no experience with fuel inj so I don't know where to even begin. Could this be an electrical problem? What's a simple testing process of elimination?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Jim
