improper load on bearing 120-130

The bearing has no load on it since I can move the rubber doughnut along the drive shaft tunnel and fit it in the right place. Even if that would be it, then the bearing from the dif would turn hot either.

Right now there are hardly any noticable vibrations, but the support- and dif bearing turn hot still. The speed however has influence on it:
-driving below 30 miles 5 min, not much happening
-driving 30> <70 miles 5 min, bearings get %#%$@*&! hot
-driving full out (95 miles) 5 min, bearings get warm/hot

Perhaps I should only use it on a race track or don't go any faster then 30?!
