Wiper Woes 200 1985

The infamous wiper motor failed - Oh well!
Pulled it, rebuit it (famous magnet glue let loose) Re-installed it and it works - well sorta--
That stupid pulley cable on the right wiper fell off.
Short of pulling the dash (Groan) is there an easy way to snake it back on?
Since I already have a dash 'rug' over the cracked dash, I'm seriously thinking about cutting an access hole over the right wiper pulley.
