oil and the turbo 700

Hello All
I'm working on my bosses car and I may have bitten off more than I can chew...
The problem is as follows, when driving the car it has a hesitation when accelerating but after a few seconds it takes off and seems to drive fine...
there is a big hole in one of his intercooler hoses and oil is leaking at the joints of all of his turbo related hoses. his car is a 1990 760 turbo. This is what i'm thinking that he has some kind of leak in the turbo or his flame trap is clogged. Two people where I work have the same type of volvo and both have the same problem. Sorry for not being more detailed but can anyone help me if you want ask me somemore questions and I'll try to answer them... Thank for any help you give me.
