Weird Idle at take-off 900 1992

Hello everybody,
I have a problem. Sometimes when I take off my idle goess down below 500 rpm for a second or two and it feels as if the car is stalling. It has stalled once so far ( I've onwed the car for 2 weeks now). If I let go of the pedal the idle goes back to normal and then I can take-off with no problem. Any suggestions? And if I decide to clean the throttle body - can I just spary inside of it without removing it from the engine?
