Used 940 Turbo Wagon -Thumbs up or Down... 900

Hello all,
I'm looking at purchasing a '93 940 Turbo Wagon with 115000 on the clock. The history of the car (from what I'm learning) is that a head gasket job was just done about 15,000 miles ago due to an overheat. All of the work was done by a reputable independent shop. The price looks to be about 5k. Does the headgasket job/overheat mean walk away, or does it mean one less thing to worry about down the road.

I have a lot of familiarity with the white engines with 850's. 940's would be a whole new ballpark for me...

I appreciate all of your thoughts and input...
