Front Brakes 700 1992

I have a 92 740 turbo wagon with 238k on it. The left front brake has been changed 3 times in the last 6 months. It's been changed that much because it keeps warping. The right side doesn't warp, but the left side for some odd reason does. My mechanic says its because I use aftermarket pads, but I've used it before on other Volvo's and never had a problem. I currently have Brembo Rotors and PBR Deluxe pads on right now. I installed it 2 weeks ago, and now it is chattering again. I do notice that it doesn't chatter when it's cold, but it does when I use the brakes alot. What do you you brickheads think?
