my alt. died today, bought a new one but need to get it put in before friday, first off how straightforward a job is this? do i need to drop the steering rack to do it? second, what tools do i need? third, is there anyone in the milwaukee area who would be willing to help me with this in the next few days? i could offer meager compensation for this help, but am also interested in meeting some other owners as im new to volvo.
