Non starting engine impersonation

My 91 745T has one relay by the radiator reservoir and the other on the opposite shock tower. The relays are the same- same part number. One is for the electric fan and the other is the suppression relay. I don't know where the 92's are but perhaps they are the same.

What happens when you give it a good shot of starting fluid?
