1985 760 volvo begins to catch but won't start 700 1985

This is a continuation of a previous post, sorry but I can't locate the earlier one. The forum says I haven't logged in since 1969 and that is most likely incorrect. anyway, 760 turbo lost power, stupidly i pushed it and fried the turbo. I have replaced that. Still, just catches but won't stay running, it's almost like the timing is off but I checked that and it is okay. The fuel filter is fine and I think the pump is okay though I have a question about it. I unhooked the exhaust just before the cat converter thinking it may be plugged, no difference. I have changed the air mass meter but I think it may be bad. questions; is it possible for the AMM to cause this? What kind of pressure or fuel stream should I see out of the fuel pump? It doesn't seem very robust but then my battery is low and it doesn't crank well right now. Compression is 140 in three cylinders and around 110 in the first one,not great but it seems like it should start. Any suggestions or advice? I can use some help.
