Need advise for a service book, 3rd gen PRV-6 (780) 700 1988

Last week I bought a 780 ('88) for a price that was too good to pass up. The car is in great condition, but I'd like to catch up on some of the engine maintenance. The engine is a 3rd-gen PRV-6 with the EZ115K ignition system, AW71 transmission, and IRS.

I know that the 780 has the same engine and chassis as the 760, and so I bought the Haynes 740-760 '82-'88 book (part number 1550 / 97040). However, the Haynes book doesn't mention much about the B280. Almost all their info is for the B28 (2nd gen PRV-6). I know there are some differences between these engines, but are they close enough to use B28 instructions to replace a timing chain on a B280 (example only) and have the proper specs for the wear indicators, torque values, etc?

What books / manuals can you advise for a 3rd gen PRV-6 owner to use? -and which of them do you use yourself? I'm hoping for something useful, and to avoid paying full price for a set of Volvo-Green manuals.

Thanks and God bless.
Fitz Fitzgerald.
