Parting out '83 244DL or cheap car to a new home 200 1983

I have a '83 244DL with 206K that is a project car that I just gave up on. It has the B23 engine with LH Jetronic injection. I got the car with the thought that it had a bad head gasket. It turned out that the engine had run lean (PO had timing belt changed by an inexperienced mechanic and I think the timing must have been off) and burnt the #1 and #2 pistons. I pulled the head off and found the piston damage. Before I pulled the head, the car would start and drive. The automatic transmission shifted well and shifted into all three gears (I didn't get fast enough to engage the OD). The car has manual windows, cloth seats, fairly decent interior. The car is blue interior and exterior. The paint is faded and clear coat is peeling. The basic body is pretty decent. Here's the deal - $150 for the whole car (new owner would have to come pick it up in the Memphis, Tennessee area or arrange for pickup). It has a clear title from Colorado. --- or--- I would be willing to part it out as I could probably make more cheese that way for a little bit of effort. I am flexible. I have access to UPS shipping and I don't gouge people on shipping (actual shipping costs only plus UPS insurance if desired). E-mail me at lancew@midsouth.rr.com or LanceWhite@flowserve.com with requests or questions.
