Bring Volvo to Europe 200

I would like to plan a hail Mary type of road trip; after touring the East coast of America, I would like to put the ol' brick on a boat toward European.
I don't plan on bringing the car back.

Has anyone done something like this before? Is it possible ? How expensive ?

Internet researches so far has not yielded anything significant.
