Fogs up when heater/defroster on... driver's side ONLY. Where is the evaporator drain? 200

I guess the sub line pretty much covers it. I've posted in the past about fog coming from the vents when the car first warms up... well, it's still doing it. It's not coolant that I can tell, doesn't smell or feel like it. Coolant level isn't dropping either.

Today, it became very obvious that the fog is only happening on the driver's side, and pretty badly. With the defroster on (this happens with the heater as well, but faster with the defroster running) and the windows up, the driver's side of the windshield, as well as the side windows, fogs up pretty fast.

Also, with the heater on, but the fan off, and the driver's window cracked just a bit, I could actually see fog being pulled out the window; it appeared to be coming up from the footwell... IE, fog from the heater vents.

The car has AC, which works great, and engaging it helped the defroster stop fogging things up, though it didn't make a big dent in the preexisting fog. But I'm wondering if the AC evap drain isn't plugged, and there's a nice puddle in the vent ductwork.

Does that sound possible? Has anyone else experienced fogging on the driver's side only?

Thanks, and sorry this went on so long....
