There was also one called the Royale and wasn't available in the USA or Canada. Pity, I would have liked to own onw. It's the same principal as the Mercedes Benz SEL models that have an extra 100MM or 4 inches in the rear passenger area. That makes for very nice rear seating in a non-limo car.
