Reviving '70 145- 20 years 140-160

I was followed home by a '70 145, 155,000 miles, no rust. It was last registered in 1982, indoor storage since. Any thoughts on starting it up? Any organic parts in the carbs to fail? The brake pedal goes right to the floor. I assume organic failure, any thoughts? My local yard has a '71 145 of more recent use, so used parts are available.
