Oil separator question(pix) NEED Help ASAP!! 900

Hello,

So woke up early this morning and took off the oil separator in my 91 940 SE. I first did the blow air in the hose test and it failed..so it ook it out and flushed it with a quart of Gunk Motor Flush. A lot of crud came out and i soaked the oil separator for about 3 minutes. I dried it and then tested it again by blowing in the hole on top of the box..Still can't get air through..But the motor flush went through with no problem. My question is...for those who had done this before..When you blow in the hole does the air freely go through the separator or is there a alot of resistance with little air blowing at the other end? Need to know before i try to install this back..thanks. Here are some pix of the separator and I also found cheap o-rings at Pep boys...only $1.69 for a pack of three rather than paying six dollars for one at the dealer.

Part number for the o-ring
