Squealing compressor pully (pretty sure it is not a squealing belt) 700

I have a 1989 760 T wagon

The Belts probably need to be replaced but I am not sure if that is why I am hearing this noise. The Pully on the AC compressor is squealing. If I spray a little wd40 above and a little behind the pully, the squealing goes away(making sure not to hit the belt). Could it be the mounts chaffing? Or Do you think this is a problem with the bearings in the pully? In any case what is the best course of action, worst case scenario? Am I going to need a whole new compressor?

Thanks!
