I found replacement weatherstripping on www.volvopartsdirect.com I think the total for all the parts was under $50. The labor involved in replacing the seals takes at least three hours, and there is a significant risk of damaging the cables. Is your sunroof leaking yet? My mechanic told me it wasn't worth the time, considering the risks involved, unless it was starting to leak. If you do it please let me know how it turns out, I've been considering it.
