throttlebody vacuum 200

hello all. my 86 240 throttle body has two vacuum ports was wondering what the one farthest away from firewall goes to.theres nothing hooked there and as far as can remember never has.reason im wondering ive developed horrible idle it wants to stall from start and when i stop. usually have to powerbrake to keep running but runs almost fine over 2000rpm still has little hesitation or miss.oh yeah back to original question im chasing all my vacuum lines and checking them thought maybe this missing one might have something to do with my problems if one is actually missing from thrittle body.thanx for any help
