Volvo turbo special tool part number? 900

I got a couple of service manuals. I feel even more dangerous now. Per TP 31003/1, Turbo charger to manifold bolts, must not be longer than 89mm (3.5"). No mention of a special tool in my book. No seal or gasket between the manifold and the turbo charger. It looks like a stepped flange fitting. There is a locking plate, two, two piece sets, that prevent the bolts from turning after asm. Lube the threads and the locking plates with paste 1161078-9. (Anti seize?) This may be in the Haynes books: three step torquing method in an "X" pattern. (1) 1 Nm, (2) 45 Nm, (3) 45 deg angle tighten in one movement. I imagine this torquing method would only work if the bolts were lubed. (Reeks of bolt snapage.)

The former was not a reproduction of a Volvo service manual. It is in fact a translation and conveyance of information that I have gained.

Good luck!
