How do I pull the cam gear? and other stuff... 900 1994

Assuming you are working on a B230 engine

"1 -- how do you pull the cam shaft gear?"

After you remove the bolt hodling the gear to the cam, just a little pulling and wobbling removes the gear.

"2 -- my timing belt tensioner is not flexing on the spring, is this a problem?"

Loosen the nut which holds the tensioner secure. Then compress the tensioner assembly with a pair of slip joint pliers and put the shaft of a pop rivet in the hole. I use ChanneLock 430 pliers.

"3 -- what tool do you use to reach some of the 13mm bolts holding the manifolds on? both the intake and exhust? do I need to take off the fuel injection stuff?"

I use a 13mm six point u-joint socket.

"4 -- the FAQ stated to rmove all of the belts, I have not had to do this yet to get to the head and screws, am I missing something?"

I don't know what you are missing.
