changing headlights to older style? 200

I'm picking up a 91 sedan tomorrow and it has the yellowest lights I have ever seen, looked up replacements which are extremely expensive and check past posts for cleaning methods(doesn't look too hopeful). Since I always felt that these later model headlights looked butt ugly to start with I was thinking of swaping to the older 4 beam design. After looking I didn't find anything on this in the past articles and was wondering if this could be done. It seems to me that the older style don't sit as high as the newer so that maybe the trim piece has to be included. Is there something I'm missing here or is this not possible. If it can't be done is there a low cost alternative to having a large square light. No matter what big and square has to go its just a matter of finding a suitable alternative. Thanks for any answers. -Russ
