Bilstein touring shocks 700

Hi everbody,
i am getting ready to rebuilt the whole front end like changing the bushings, tie rod end, ball joint and front shocks. When i look at the hanes manual it says that be carefull how to install the new shocks bc of the caster settings.. my question is the bilstein tourings i recieved yesterday doesn't have rectangular area where i can hold it with pliers and then tighten the nut..It has a hex key hole in it.Is there a special way of installing those shocks or install them and after that drive to the alligment shop and let them foul with it..
Thanks for ur help and time
