Quick an easy timing mark question..

I just want to make sure this is correct before I put it all back together..In the FAQ it says bottom timing mark should line up with embossed line on oil seal housing...I have done this...However when I install the crank pulley the notch on the pulley is about at the 20 mark on the lower timing cover (the timing marks)... I think this is correct but would like to verify before I close it up...BTW ..I have a 1990 740 w/b230f
