How about a swap board for the other than V8 crowd? 140-160

Since a V-8 swap into a 140 is only for those who want to prove it can be done, how about alternatives. What comes to mind immediately are the GM Quad4 (190hp NA horsepower out of the box), Chrysler 2.2 (noisy but the factory 300 hp kit is only about $1200, and it can be done for less) the new Chevy Vortec 5 cylinder, the range of 60 degree V-6's.
