Bumper Cover Removal 900 1995

I hate to ask this again, but the answers from last time just didn't seem to help.

I have a 1995 945T and would like to take off my rear bumper cover to clean/sand/paint. The answers I got last time was that there were a few screws and it comes off pretty easy.

Looking at my bumper, I couldn't find any "screws", and all I found was a line of 6-8 little plastic rivet-type things along the bottom. I tried to pry these out but it looked more like they were going to break than pop out so I gave up.

Are these rivets supposed to come out to get the cover off? How?

Is there something else (screws) holding it on that I just couldn't see?

Thanks for your help.
