Tail light (s) nightmares 700 1985

for the past week my 85 760t has been playing rope a dope with me re tail light function. First the drivers back up light blew and was replaced- the dash light warning light went off. Then it's back again, this time the turn signal (rt side bulb is blown-replaced light goes off on dash again. Then on again this time it's the rt brake light which when I check the filimint (sp?) is fine though it sometimes will light and sometimes will not WTF!!!!!!!!! i'm about to cure the problem with 5 gallons of gas and a match.
