injector question 140-160 1973

Hello,

I went to pick-n-pull this past weekend and picked up some injectors off of a 145. My plan was to replace my leaky injector and send 4 out to be cleaned. I realized when I went to replace them that they are different. If you look at the picture below, the injector on the Left is what came out of my car. The one on the Right came from Pick-n-Pull.
Differences:
The one that came out of my car doesn't have the plastic tip on the end, I pulled another one and it looked the same. All four from pick-n-pull have the plastic ends.

The plastic part that the wiring harness plugs into is slightly different. The plug it self looks the same.

The part numbers on the injectors are
mine - 0 280 450 024
pick-n-pull - 0 280 150 036
So my questions are

1 - Should they have the plactic piece on the end? Or did they fall off?
2 - does anybody know what the difference between the injectors would be? (maybe one squirts more fuel, or just different years etc)
3 - is it OK to use the pick-n-pull injectors? (I assume so, it came off of a 145)
4 - can I mix the two?
