PLEASE HELP!!(DASH LIGHTS AND REAR LIGHT FUSE REPEATEDLY BLOWS!!) 200 1987

I have an 1987 240DL, 4 door.

Okay here is the story, it was a rainy day after work around 11pm, i started my car and i had everything working (even the dash lights). When i stoped at the first set of lights which was about 200 meteres away from my spot where i parked the dash lights were gone. The next day i checked the fuses and replaced the fuse for it (it was the very bottom fuse for dash lights,rear pass lights etc...) after i turned on the lights and to my surprise it blew again(it blows when i switch the lights to the parking light position). I replaced the fuse again and its been a never ending cycle! The Fuse just keeps blowing. I didnt modify nothing or touch anything please help me!
