this is a good time to ask 700

from posts i've read here, it seems that most of the time when the FPR fails, it likes to start dumping raw fuel into the vacuum line. so a quick way to check is to pull the vacuum line and see if there is fuel in it. smelling like fuel is okay. dripping fuel is NOT okay. be careful though when you yank it. if your FPR has gone south in this way, you might start gushing fuel (fire hazard!!)
