Really rough ride - is this normal ??

That gives me some good insight on getting this corrected - if in fact it needs correction at all.

I do wonder, though. Are there shocks (and I am sure there are) that would be better at the handling at the 'rebounding' - being able to better handle the quicker, more pronounced ups and downs that we might get on such a road.

I know there are a couple of primary brands of shocks that are recommended, but are there others?

I have always thought of shocks as being somewhat of an afterthought - not really needing to be looked at until they are mush. I am seeing that I have been wrong.
