If the head work was done by a reputable shop and the car is in really nice shape, I'd jump on it. I'm not sure about CT, but here in L.A. that's a damn good price for a nice 960 with so few miles. This is a sweet, sweet car. Just make sure to change the timing belt on time to avoid valve job #2
