turbo intercooler in junk yard 200

Think of pulling a turbo charger and intercooler off a 1984 turbo wagon. I have a 1990 245 5 speed project car that I would put it on. Any help or suggestion on what to look for or what to take off would be appreciated. The turbo didn't look orginal and was water cooled. The shaft didn't feel to have any play and spun ok. I know i need the turbo, intercooler, exhaust manifold. Is the intake also needed? What else would be required? Is this a good start or should I look for a 700/900 donor car and score some wheels at the same time?

Thanks
