Replacing instrument cluster for shorted warning lights. 900

since i've owned this 960, 2 lights have not worked (the LOW COOLANT and the one next to it-SRS or ABS). i had to pull the assy. out a while back and trouble-shoot the reason for these lights not working and found these 2 circiuts(warning lights side by side) shorted together on the flex bd. and not repairable, causing them not to come on turning the key to test position. what's confusing is that it's not blowing any fuses though! i'm finally getting a brand new- used cluster in the morning and hope this will also fix the floating(erratic) fuel gauge problem i'm having also. this complete cluster is only $75 and the dealer wanted well over $100 for the flex bd. alone. i'm also getting a full set of correct 960 rims for $75 and 6 240 turbo rims(virgo's) that i have.i dont know what 960 rims are called??????? so you can find deals if you look long enough, it took months to find this one. has anyone had problems like this? thanks Dave PS, i'm not a big fan of idiot lights but i really want to have the low coolant light working and if someone knows how to hook up a buzzer to the light, let me know while the cluster out.
