cloudy oil 900 1997

I just purchased a low milage 960 that looks in pretty good shape. Car runs well, and shows no signs of abouse. I am using Mobile 1 synthetic oil which comes recomended by many owners on the Brickboard over the Castrol Synthec Volvo dealers recomend. ( Why is Volvo so in love with Castrol as it is one of the cheaper oils on the market?) After 2000km I notice a slight cloudyness on bottom the dipstick which concerns me even though the car is burning no oil or using any coolent. I have seen other cars with this cloudyness on the dipstick and it usually meant either the car is running too cold or there is a coolent leak into the oil ( usually head gasket ) In my case neighter is true as the coolent has not varied an inch and the car is running too well to have a bad head gasket. Should I try an oil flushing solution with my next change or try a different brand of oil. Thermostat is new and so is the Volvo brand anti freeze.
