ignition timing 120-130 1968

any help would be appreciated. i have a 122 w/a b20 of mysterious vintage(it says b20 on the block) and a bosch distributor ending in the numbers 007(its aluminum.) this has a pertronix ignition in it. with a weber dgv where should my idle be and what should the timing be??

loooking in the haynes and clymer has done nothing but make me wonder which version of b20 it is.

at an1100 rpm idle it's currently at 15 deg btc and full advance seems to be 25 deg.

after reaching high rpms it lingers around 20-25 deg for minutes. does this indicate that my mechanical weights in the distributor are not doing their thing?

thanks for help.
