Changing Glow plugs on '84 245 200

From what I have read this is not an easy task. I have been successful in changing the front 5 glow plugs. How do you get to the 6th one? I can get the plug loosened but can not access the small 8 mm nut to loosen the electrical connection. Once it is out how do you get the new one in.

Also are there any sources for a Service manual for the 245 with the diesel? I have a Haynes Manual but it does not include the diesel info.
