Odometer/Speedometer inoperative & abs light stays lit 700 1990

My abs light stays on most of time and the odometer/Speedometer is not working.
Veh has 170k on it and has been very reliable. This has never happend before.

Is is possible its just a blown fuse? The other instruments are working fine.
If anyone has come across this problem please let me know what some solutions might be.

I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks for your help.
