Engine mounts and tranny should be changed same time . My engine was resting against the sway bar causing (you know) if noise is at idle it is some contact for engine or exhuast to body. if it is only when driving it could be the centre line rubber and bearing. My e mounts cost $30+us at dealer its $100+
