Cold Running Problem 200 1987

Sometimes when I start the car it will die right away, sometimes it will stay running then die when you put a load on the engine (into gear, A/C, etc.) I can't figure this one out. IT's not the AMM, maybe coolant temp sensor, or fuel pump relay? Anyone else have a problem like this. Once it is warmed up it runs like a champ. Also, how to replace the blower resistor pack, fan only works on high. Thanks a lot! BRett
