MY 740 GLE is stalling out. 700 1990

I have a few question about my 1990 740 gle.
I recently bought it used and it has had the following problems.
and im looking for anyone who has sollutions to the problems or tips.

My car had an idling problem and i got the Ec computer replaced

compression test runs good except on my 4th cilinder. It only runs at 80lbs.

Is there anyway to fix that fourth cylinder.

Also it has been stalling out.
IS THIS TYPICAL OF THESE CARS>?

i wanna continue buying volvos i like there safe quality and i heard there dependable.
