Buying a 700 Series Wagon 700

What do I need to know when buying a 700 series wagon. What are the weak points and recommendations. Are some years better than others. The car will be my work vehicle. I have owned a '83 240 sedan some years ago and other than routine maintenance it was a good car. Any help is appreciated. Also, what would you think I will spend to get a well cared for example with 100-150K miles approx?
