740 Drivetrain Rumblings 700 1989

Automatic 89' 740 Turbo wagon 191k... For just a second as I move from the brake pedal to the gas, the car slowly rolls forward with a rumbling somewhere along the drivetrain. As soon as the car accelerates, it smooths out and runs great. It is just that rolling start when things don't feel solid. Could it be a worn universal joint, or slop in the rear differential? Any ideas where to look? Thanks.
