D-jet brain debugging 120-130

The other day I washed the 122 and it would not start afterwards. Or, it would, but not stay running more than a second or 2. This has D-jet installed in it, by the way. So anyway, turn the key and the pump runs just for a brief instant, not the 2 seconds it normally does. The fuel pump doesn't run once the car is started, either. I switched out relays and no difference, but some water and suds had gotten under the hood and may have been to the level of the relay terminals. I put in a different brain and it started right up, even with the original relays in place.

So it seems pretty obvious that the ECU is bad. Has anyone ever taken one apart and tested the individual resistors, diodes, etc? This seems like a monumental task. Is it conceivable that the water (or suds) jumpered the relay terminals, caused a power surge in the ECU and let the smoke out of something? Anyone have a copy of the circuit diagram for the mother and daughter boards online? I did at one point but can't find it anymore.
