'When it rains,it pours' PUFF PUFF... BLACK SMOKE NOW!!! 700 1992

Well i still have not been able to diagnose this idle issue. I have check the the throttle body and it's clean as a whistle. I've checked hoses for cracks none. Last night and today i've been getting some black smoke on WOT.And today i got some backfire. When i got home from work i let the car idle and the rpms were at about 1000 and there was soft backfiring and my gas milage has been LOW. I have new reason to believe that it is my oxygen sensor. i did a search and figured that this might be my problem. I will check my AMM again. This time i will swap with my girlfriend 90 245 and see what happens. The AMM are both ending in 016. But it looks like my O2 is going or gone. OH before i forget some people here were mentioning about cleaning the electrical connectors on things like the TPS,AMM etc. How do i go about cleaning these connectors? The local Autozone/Pepboys sell that electrical cleaner. IS this the stuff i use to clean the electrical connectors?
