Need Advice on injectors 700

I am looking to upgrade my injectors. I don't want to spend a rediculious amount of money either. I am looking to get a set of bosch injectors. But what what cars can I rob them from that will give me somewhere around the 370-400cc that I am looking for. I am running 14-14.5psi and am not too lean yet, but I am getting there. I want to up it just a little more. But I want injectors first so I don't go boom.

They have a good bit of bosch listings.
I also have word doc. that has others and years & models too.

looks to be a possibility but I question the 300cc flow rate that this page says. THats 60hp per injector x4=240hp. That does not sound right being that most of us running stock injectors are leaning out around 215hp.

These injectors are rated at 380cc and thats 76hp per injectors thats x4=304hp.
They come out of a B30E. Could they be useable in a b230ft? Or would they run too rich?
Now I have heard of people running the brown top injectors from ford2.3l turbo coupes. these are also suppossed to be a higher flow rate.
Anyone with info please reply.
Thanks,
Rich
