mounts & suspension - questions about compatability 700

Finally replaced my rear springs last night and it restored my ride height nicely. Still looking to eliminate the noise in the frame.

Doing the tranny mount tomorrow night. Possibly doing the motor mounts after that. One step at a time.

I have an '87 740 turbo with hydraulic motor mounts.

Can I go the cheap route and use the regular rubber motor mounts to regain my oil pan clearance without spending an arm and a leg on the hydraulics?

Are the heights of both mounts the same when installed?

One last thing. I have a intermittent creaking noise coming from the back when I go over bumps slowly....usually while turning at the same time, like exiting a parking lot. It is not a thump or bump which might lead me to beleive a bushing is bad somewhere. The car handles all bumps well at speed.
It almost sounds like it comes from up near the rear window (like it is in the frame). Sometimes I hear it on both sides. Any ideas?

Thanks
