Very hot differential and support bearing 200

I've got a problem with a differential and a supportbearing from a amazon/130 turning (very) hot. Please check previous correspondance for details:

To summerize the problem: I fitted a M46 onto a B18 (so its sitting on a slight angle). Driveshaft is balanced, support bearing is new, U-joints are partly new and all ok.
There are now NO vibrations noticable anywhere, but while driving (especially at around 90 km/h (55 mph)) the support bearing gets hot and de diff gets extremely hot (I think especially with overdrive engaged).
I tried different drive shafts (the one I use now is 100% balanced), support bearings and swapped the rear axle/diff. but the prob. remains the same.

Right now I'm thinking of putting the old M40 box back in again: I think I excluded about everything that could cause the prob.
The only thing I can think of is that there is some very fine/high frequency vibration from the gearbox perhaps that is making the diff hot. But then there's nothing I can do about it. Idea's to get me out of this hell?
